smells like dog biscuit
a darker-pink curve
from our balloon's shadow
races the dust storm
static on the line
a compromising position
lubricant wicks
through sterile layers
hybrid strain
her personal calendar
still has lunar days
seasonal changes
in polar ice caps
supply ship delay
decadent thoughts
of dark chocolate
long trip home
an undetected zygote
in her belly
lost in translation
a stranger on the shore
